Beauty secret I 能使我靓靓的

Labbit has recovered from flu! Hurray! As a reward on my speedy recovery, here is the labbit’s secret : relaxing moment to keep her as cute as ever.

  • Go to bed earlier ~ Of course it’s a key to stay younger always! ●_● 熬夜会變熊貓的
  • Breakfast time ~ A good start begins with breakfast, the earlier you eat breakfast, the earlier your body start ‘engine’ to work (the metabolism rate will be higher to help on fat burning)
  • Tone up ~ Well labbit always prefer go to exercise only after a nice sleep, nice breakfast. Why? Hmm just feel myself will be more concentrate when workout, not so easily in hunger during workout (ok, admit it, sometimes my mind would pop up my favorite foods when workout – if I’m too hungry >_< 很尷尬)
  • Fruity time ~ Why fruits? Boost up vitamins after workout (detoxifying) & light lunch helps to let you rest well in nap later.
  • Slow, slower..motion ~ Weekend is the good time to readjust your hectic steps. Do everything in slower motion. Shampoo your hair in slower motion, have a scalp massage, facial scrub, body scrub, put on hair conditioner/mask.
  • Wow, refreshing Y(^_^)Y 舉雙手勝利! Labbit does not like to blow her hair with hair blower, prefers fan. So it’s perfect to put on facial mask, apply body lotion while blowing hair. 男:(⊙_⊙;)… ○圭~○列~~怎麼醬麻烦?labbit: = _ = 靓的代价就是要醬子。服了女人吧?
  • Hmmm~~ (-_-)ZZZ ~ ok, this is important, your body needs some rest at this time. If you ask me, how about ignore the nap and sleep earlier at night? Hmm you can, but from labbit’s view, a nap helps to sooth your mind and soul.
  • I FEEL SO GREAT! (O^~^O) 幸福 After the nap, TA DAHHHH ! Labbit looks fresher, brighter (with eyes sparkling) & adorable. (*+* ;)~ 很厚脸皮
